Objective for the Position:
Plan, organize, direct, control, and correct the commercial strategy, contributing to the viability of businesses focused on product sales.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Segment, analyze, and research markets.
2. Analyze and develop products and services.
3. Propose development projects, as well as the resulting sales, expense, and investment budgets.
4. Create a marketing strategy and plan for the products.
5. Implement pricing and credit policies.
6. Evaluate products to be sold.
7. Effectively use retail space to adequately display merchandise in order to attract sales.
8. Set sales targets.
9. Supervise and direct staff to ensure that targets are met.
10. Review the performance of each branch, evaluating the fulfillment of sales goals and the expense budget for each branch.
11. Ensure that customer complaints are handled in a professional and efficient manner.
12. Collaborate with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
Education: Business Administration , Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or similar.
Training: Specialization in the commercial area, knowledge of strategic marketing.
Work experience: At least 8 years.
Experience in the position: At least 4 years.
