Assistant Sales Manager
Manage and supervise the sales team in charge, as well as plan, control, and evaluate all commercial operations assigned to you, achieving the best negotiation conditions with both external and internal clients. Additionally, develop new businesses and markets, seeking to maximize the Company's long-term results, in accordance with the guidelines provided by management, all while complying with the company's quality and sustainability policies.
*Conduct market analysis: the sales department must stay up to date with the markets in which it operates. To do so, it must measure and analyze them, as well as study the possibility of introducing and developing new businesses, promoting the company's growth.
*Create and propose sales plans and budgets to management, based on studies of demand, the market, and customers (active and potential), which must include associated expenses and investments. Once approved, manage, control, and report on their execution.
*Create cross-functional strategies to bring together the work of different departments and put them in contact with each other to work toward a common goal in the most efficient way possible.
*Define sales and collection objectives for the team under your charge and lead their execution.
*Generate and propose marketing strategies and plans to your superiors for the sale of the Company's various products.
*Generate commercial reports for management and develop KPIs inherent to the Company's business.
