Job Objectives: Plan, organize, direct, and control all activities at the operations plant and branches to ensure the operational effectiveness of manufacturing and dispatch processes, as well as maintenance, reception, and storage subprocesses, contributing to the strategic efficiency of the company's business.
1. Plan and oversee the production and distribution of the company's products or services.
2. Set production and logistics goals and objectives and ensure they are met within budget and on schedule.
3. Coordinate and manage the flow of materials, goods, and services through the supply chain.
4. Implement and monitor safety and quality policies and procedures in production, logistics, and stock.
5. Supervise the performance of production and logistics workers and teams and establish continuous improvement plans.
6. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, finance, and human resources, to ensure comprehensive management of the company.
7. Identify and evaluate new technologies, materials, and production and logistics methods to improve the efficiency and profitability of the company.
8. Manage peripheral services for the operations plant.
9. Other activities that your direct supervisor considers relevant to your management.
- Work experience leading the operations and logistics area.
- Industrial Civil Engineer, Logistics Engineer, or related field.
- Team spirit, positive energy, tolerance and frustration management, order/structure/method.
