Job description:
Reporting to the Deputy General Manager of the Company, you will be responsible for defining, managing, and coordinating people management policies and procedures aimed at supporting the organization in achieving its business goals and strategies, combining strategic aspects of the role with the practical execution of processes. The mission will be to lead the processes of identifying and developing strategic positions, organizational structuring, digital transformation, and cultural change management within the company, with a strong emphasis on the digitization of processes.
Job responsibilities:
1. Define and implement policies and strategies for the company's human resources management activities, within the guidelines set by the Board of Directors and in accordance with business strategies.
2. Lead change management and organizational culture transformation processes across the company.
3. Oversee people management subsystems (compensation, remuneration, and legal), with a particular focus on organizational development, emphasizing internal talent mapping and development; recruitment and selection; and employee training and empowerment.
4. Responsible for personnel evaluation and development processes: includes creating development programs and ensuring employee commitment and dedication, generating programs to develop employee potential in order to retain the best talent.
5. Foster internal communication, interacting at all times with both employees and other areas of the company, identifying, channeling, and/or resolving concerns.
6. Lead teams toward an agile work culture in line with the new demands of digitization and modernization of organizational structures.
7. Establish and analyze management indicators for your area and formulate strategies in line with industry best practices.
8. Set annual HR management objectives and budget and ensure compliance.
Requirements:
• The profile points to a professional with a generalist profile in Human Resources: Commercial or Civil Engineer, Psychologist, with strong training in Human Resources processes and experience in the field of Organizational Development, change management, Organizational Culture, and Talent Management.
• Postgraduate studies in Human Resources will be valued.
• Ideally, 10 years of experience in people management, with at least 5 years in a similar position.
• Advanced user of Office tools and, ideally, knowledge of the Flexline – Rex+ system.
• Leadership skills for effective team management.
• In terms of competencies, we are looking for candidates who demonstrate leadership, strategic vision, planning and method, soft skills, and results orientation.
