For our distinguished client, a Spanish industrial company starting operations in Chile, we need to select a professional to fill the position of "Sales Representative" in the sales department.
Description of main duties:
- Lead, manage, and motivate your team to achieve the objectives defined in conjunction with the organization.
- Inform designated employees monthly of billing targets, incidents, non-conformities, and operating instructions, and keep track of this information by recording it in a log.
- Manage staff under your supervision, training needs, shift planning, and vacations, reporting any incidents to the HR department.
- Maintain and increase the company's customer base.
- Take the necessary steps to arrange visits and record them in the management program.
- Provide technical advice to the client for the proper preparation of bids.
- Preparation and follow-up of bids and thorough analysis of the reason for rejection.
- Ensure that contracts are drawn up correctly and invoiced.
- Generate orders from suppliers.
- Preparation and monthly monitoring of the annual budget.
- Knowledge and compliance with the procedures established in the Integrated Management System Manual regarding quality, the environment, and occupational health and safety.
- Notification of incidents, accidents, and non-conformities.
