Sales Representative.

 

For our distinguished client, a Spanish industrial company starting operations in Chile, we need to select a professional to fill the position of "Sales Representative" in the sales department.

Description of main duties:

  1. Lead, manage, and motivate your team to achieve the objectives defined in conjunction with the organization.
  2. Inform designated employees monthly of billing targets, incidents, non-conformities, and operating instructions, and keep track of this information by recording it in a log.
  3. Manage staff under your supervision, training needs, shift planning, and vacations, reporting any incidents to the HR department.
  4. Maintain and increase the company's customer base.
  5. Take the necessary steps to arrange visits and record them in the management program.
  6. Provide technical advice to the client for the proper preparation of bids.
  7. Preparation and follow-up of bids and thorough analysis of the reason for rejection.
  8. Ensure that contracts are drawn up correctly and invoiced.
  9. Generate orders from suppliers.
  10. Preparation and monthly monitoring of the annual budget.
  11. Knowledge and compliance with the procedures established in the Integrated Management System Manual regarding quality, the environment, and occupational health and safety.
  12. Notification of incidents, accidents, and non-conformities.

Desirable experience in this type of position, between 3 and 5 years.
