A renowned Chilean company, subsidiary of a European multinational plant nutrition and protection company, manufacturer of bio-inputs, biostimulants, and other products, is seeking a professional for the position of "Purchasing and Inventory Management Manager." The overall objective of the position will be to support Operations Management in the process of production planning, purchasing, and inventory management.
Job responsibilities: Production planning in relation to raw materials and supplies to be used, carrying out the purchasing process (defining suppliers, obtaining quotes, generating purchase orders), inventory management (receiving purchases, entering them into the ERP, carrying out physical inventories, managing the stock of finished products). Preparation of reports and coordination with the accounting, production, warehousing, and sales departments.
Job requirements: Professional with 5 to 10 years of experience working in operations in manufacturing companies, in planning, purchasing, or logistics. Softland skills desirable. English desirable.
